There are exactly two ways information reaches us through this site.

• —What you send us in the form. Your name, an email address or phone number, and your business or website. Nothing else is required, and there are no hidden fields.
• —Basic usage data. If analytics is active in your browser, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site (for example a search engine or an ad). We also record which page a form was submitted from, so we know which content actually helps.

We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal information through this site.

• —To reply to your request and prepare for the call you asked for.
• —To understand which pages and channels bring the right visitors, so we can improve the site.
• —To keep the site secure, including basic protection against automated form abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small number of service providers. They process information on our instructions only.

• —Vercel hosts this website and processes server logs, including IP addresses, for delivery and security.
• —Resend delivers the notification email that carries your form submission to us.
• —Google Analytics 4 provides usage statistics, if analytics is active in your browser.

Form submissions stay in our email records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship or a possible one, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data follows Google’s standard retention settings.

Revis 1 LLC is below the size thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights binding on a business. We do not claim to be a covered business under those laws. We do, however, grant the following rights to every visitor, wherever you live:

• —Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• —Ask us to delete what you sent us.
• —Opt out of analytics, without any effect on how we treat you.

We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Google Analytics 4 sets its own measurement cookies when it is active. If you opt out above, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, those are not set.

This site is aimed at business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
