YouTube Engine: video that answers what people search

Not brand films. Short answers to the questions your customers type before they call, published on a channel that is set up to be found.

A 3-month minimum is recommended, because production is front-loaded. Cancel monthly after that.

Made to be found,
not admired.

The problem this solves

In a lot of trades the buying decision starts with someone wanting to see the work: what a failing unit sounds like, what a roof looks like under the shingles, what a permit process involves. That search happens on YouTube, which is a search engine most local businesses ignore entirely. A channel with nothing on it is a gap your competitors can walk through.

What we do each month

Up to eight videos, plus everything around them.

  • Topic selection from real search demand, not from what feels interesting

  • Script and structure for each video, written to answer the question in the first thirty seconds

  • Production and editing, in a format you can repeat yourself later if you want to

  • Titles, descriptions, chapters and thumbnails built for how people actually search

  • Channel management: playlists, cards, and the settings most channels get wrong

How it runs

Production is front-loaded: the first month sets up the channel, the format and a batch of recordings, and the following months publish and extend it. That is why we recommend starting with three months rather than one, and why we say so instead of hiding it in the terms.

Video is slower to pay off than link building and needs more from you, usually your face and your time. If you are not willing to appear on camera or delegate that to someone in the business, this module is not worth your money and we will say so on the call.

Who this fits

Trades where customers want to see the work before they call: HVAC, roofing, solar, remodeling, anything explained better in two minutes of video than in two paragraphs. Less useful for services chosen purely on urgency or price.

Price and terms

$699 per month. A 3-month minimum is recommended, because production is front-loaded. Cancel monthly after that. Available from the Founder package upwards, because the launch sprint has to have happened before ongoing work makes sense.

Operating costs (hosting, domain, tools) stay separate and are always shown before you sign. Nothing here is folded into a headline price.

The honest version of our proof

First US case studies are in progress. Until they are published, judge this module by what it delivers every month: a documented list of work and a report you can check against your own phone log.

What the build itself costs

Modules are optional and available from the Founder package.

  • Starterup to 50 pagesfrom $9,990
  • Founderup to 75 pagesfrom $13,500
  • Executiveup to 100 pagesfrom $17,500

One-time build price. Operating costs (hosting, domain, tools) are separate and always shown before you sign.

Common questions

Do I have to be on camera?

Someone from the business does. It does not have to be the owner, but it does have to be a real person from the company. Stock footage with a voiceover does not build the trust this is for.

Who owns the videos and the channel?

You do, both. The channel runs under your account from day one, and every file we produce is handed over.

Why a three-month minimum?

It is a recommendation, not a lock-in. Production is front-loaded, so a single month gets you the setup cost without the output that makes it worthwhile.

Will the videos rank?

Some will, some will not, and the ones that do usually are not the ones anyone predicted. We build for real search demand and report what happened. We do not promise views.
